Fitness Orientations

Complimentary Fitness Orientations are offered upon request by our Certified Personal Trainer and Director of Racquet Sports & Fitness, James Montgomery, to introduce our members to the Fitness Center and to demonstrate correct usage of all equipment in order to obtain maximum fitness results.

Personal Training & Health Coaching

One-on-one fitness coaching is available through our on-staff Personal Trainers and Health Coach.  Members may book for twenty-, thirty-, or forty-minute sessions.

  Fitness Classes

Our Certified Fitness instructors offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes to benefit all fitness levels.  Our wide range of classes include:

  • Barre
  • Flexibility for Golf
  • Strength & Conditioning for Golf
  • POUND Rockout Workout
  • Water Aerobics
  • Yoga
Fitness classes are offered throughout the year and are rotated on a seasonal/demand basis
