Fitness Orientations

Complimentary Fitness Orientations are offered upon request by our Certified Personal Trainer and Director of Racquet Sports & Fitness, James Montgomery, to introduce our members to the Fitness Center and to demonstrate correct usage of all equipment in order to obtain maximum fitness results.

Personal Training & Health Coaching

One-on-one fitness coaching is available through our on-staff Personal Trainers and Health Coach.  Members may book for twenty-, thirty-, or forty-minute sessions.

  Group Fitness Classes

Our Certified Fitness instructors offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes to benefit all fitness levels. Most fitness classes are available to our Full and Athletic Members at no additional cost. Our wide range of classes include:

  • Barre
  • Flexibility for Golf
  • Golf Strength & Conditioning
  • POUND® Rockout Workout
  • POUND® Unplugged
  • Water Aerobics
  • Yoga
Fitness classes are offered throughout the year and are rotated on a seasonal/demand basis
