Our Kudos Kards program is a way to share with us how a team member or department has made your time at The Den extra special. Your feedback will not only let the recognized team member or department know how much you appreciate them, it will also help us determine Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year. There is no limit to the number of Kudos Kards you may submit, and you can choose the method of submission best for you. You will find Kards and submission boxes in the Main Clubhouse Lobby, the Golf Pro Shop, the Fitness Center, and Tackett's. Your Wednesday and Friday member update emails will include a submission button, or you may use the form below. Thank you for helping us recognize our wonderful team members here at The Den! |
