Our state-of-the-art fitness center houses a cardio fitness room complete with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and a cardio theatre. Our Fixed Weight Area offers Precor equipment while our Free Weight Area provides a collection of barbells and dumbbells. Our stretching room offers a variety of stretching tools and balance balls. Shower and changing facilities for both ladies and gentlemen come complete with towels, hairdryers, basic grooming products and personal or day-use lockers. Open Daily from 6:00am-9:00pm
James Montgomery,Fitness Director & Personal Trainer
As Fitness Director, an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and a Tennis Professional, James enjoys helping you set and reach your personal goals. He appreciates being a part of the everyday struggles that bring your objectives closer. James obtained his Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Administration from Eastern Kentucky University, close to his home town of London. James has a background in physical therapy, sport-specific fitness and tennis coaching and instruction. James has worked with clients of all ages, and welcomes a diverse group of individuals to his training sessions. When not on the tennis court or in the gym, James enjoys training Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, kickboxing, yoga, fishing and many other outdoor activities.
Programs & classes
Personal Training is available through our on-staff personal trainers. Members may book for either half-hour or 50 minutes sessions.
Our certified instructors offer a variety of group fitness classes to fit any fitness level. Our wide range of classes include:
- Gentle yoga
- Energizing yoga
- Fitness fundamentals
- Group golf fitness
- Golf flexibility
Fitness classes are offered throughout the year and are rotated on a seasonal basis.
