Water aerobics is a great way to stay in shape during the hot summer months, and Fox Den offers two 4-week sessions for members to attend. Water Aerobics are held in the mornings two days a week, and Members may choose to attend one or both classes.
Swim Lessons
Lessons are given on a private and semi-private basis and are provided in half-hour sessions by our head swim coach and assistant swim coach.
Swim Team Swim Team offers children ages 5-17 an excellent opportunity to improve their aquatic skills and learn about teamwork and sportsmanship in an environment of friendly competition. A yearly schedule is completed each spring, which provides all practice dates and meet information. See our current calendar and meet information below.
