Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue is a penetrating form of massage designed to separate the fibers of the muscles and release toxins and deeply held patterns of tension using slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction. This technique is applied with greater pressure and at deeper layers of the muscle than Swedish Massage.
