Complimentary Fitness Orientations are offered twice monthly by a certified personal trainer to introduce members to the fitness center and to demonstrate correct usage of all equipment in order to obtain maximum fitness results.
Personal Training
Personal Training is available through our on-staff personal trainers.Personal training sessions may be booked for either half-hour or full-hour sessions.
Fitness Classes
Our certified instructors offer a variety of group fitness classes to fit any fitness level.Our wide range of classes include:
