Our Three Steps of Service go hand-in-hand with our Employee STAR Recognition program, which recognizes and rewards employee actions and attitudes that exceed the expectation of Members, Guests, and Fellow Employees. This high honor creates a positive working environment in which employees truly feel that their hard work makes a difference, which in turn, encourages them to provide the best service possible. When Members and Guests award STAR cards to a deserving employee who practices our Three Steps of Service, he or she accumulates points that earn recognition and rewards.
